Autumn Feracol Operation – Phase 2
Today we’ll be removing the tasty non-toxic lure from the bait station network (if there’s any left, it usually gets smashed!) and replacing it with the real deal, Feracol bait.
We need your help please, this is a huge job and an important one as both rat and possum numbers are up. Bring clothing and footwear suitable for walking off track, and a backpack containing water and any personal medication you might need. The bait is contained in paper bags but we will have disposable gloves if you need them. High viz vests available and encouraged.
Join us back at the kohanga for a refreshing cuppa and home baked treat after you’ve completed your bait line.
