Regular workdays are held on the second Sunday of the month at ÅŒtanewainuku Forest, 680 Mountain Road, Oropi.
Please arrive by 8.45am for a safety briefing and an outline of the work involved. Remember to wear the appropriate clothing and bring snacks, drinks, and protective weather gear.
New volunteers are very welcome – please pre-register as an OKT volunteer on the website before the day to receive more information. Once the briefing is completed you will be assigned to an experienced volunteer. Please make yourself known to the person in charge of the day when you arrive and assemble where required.Sausage Sizzle, snacks and hot/cold drinks will be provided.
