We’re bothered by the latest monitoring results: FAR too many rat prints for our liking, much higher than normal. Definitely time for our early summer diphacinone bait run – your help would be very much appreciated.
Meet at the kohanga 8.30am. Clothing and footwear should be suitable for walking off track and any unexpected weather conditions, plus bring gloves, any medicines you need and carry a full bottle of water. We’ll provide you with a map and full instructions. A hot cuppa and bickie will be waiting for you when you’re done.
As always, our activities in the bush are weather permitting – please check this website or our Facebook page for advice on postponements and cancellations.
We love seeing new faces, so if you’re keen to volunteer, please get in touch – make sure you check out our Get Involved page for all the details, including how to register before you come out to the forest.
